The movement was dull, with grime embedded throughout, and the case showed deep scarring around the crown and stem entry. The hairspring was also out of alignment, affecting performance.

The movement was fully stripped, cleaned, and rebuilt with correct replacement parts where required. A new crystal and seals were fitted, and the dial was carefully restored to greatly improve its appearance. The hairspring was realigned, and the case refinished to remove visible scarring.
